Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Scope of Application

These general terms and conditions (hereinafter “GTC”) apply to all services offered by Health Center Clinique Lémana Sàrl (hereinafter “Clinique Lémana”), in particular revitalization and anti-aging therapies, aesthetic treatments, nutritional programs, as well as various consulting, medical assessment and support services during the programs.

2. Reservations and Deposit

Any booking for a stay or a treatment program requires written confirmation from Clinique Lémana. A deposit is required to secure the reservation. The services are offered as various packages (revitalization, aesthetics, nutrition, etc.), whose details and prices are communicated at the time of contact.

3. Rates

The package rates include a set of medical or care services, but do not include:

• Additional medical examinations,
• Consultations with external specialists,
• Additional treatments and medications,
• Transport and excursions,
• Personal expenses (telephone, accommodation, etc.).

4. Accommodation

Clinique Lémana works in partnership with the hotel Le Mirador Resort & Spa. Preferential rates are available and may vary depending on the season. Accommodation must be paid directly to the Mirador hotel.

5. Cancellation Policy of Clinique Lémana

5.1 Clinique Lémana

Cancellation free of charge up to 10 days before arrival.
After this deadline, the deposit is retained.
In case of early departure without valid medical reason, the total amount of the medical program remains due.
In case of medical contraindication to certain treatments, a partial refund may be granted.

5.2 Accommodation

Cancellation free of charge up to 2 days before arrival, before noon.
In case of late cancellation or early departure, the total amount is due.

6. Confidentiality

All personal, medical and administrative data are processed in accordance with Swiss data protection law (nLPD). Clinique Lémana guarantees the confidentiality of the information provided.

7. Liability

Clinique Lémana is not liable for:

• Complications due to lack of prior medical information,
• Lack of coverage by the Patient’s insurance,
• Third-party services (accommodation, transport, etc.).

8. Insurance

The Patient is responsible for checking whether the services of Clinique Lémana are reimbursable by their insurance. Clinique Lémana does not provide any guarantee of reimbursement.

9. Applicable Law

These GTC are governed by Swiss law. In the event of a dispute, the place of jurisdiction is Vevey (VD).
